My Story
I started where you are — overwhelmed and unsure where AI fit in.
After a decade working in operations and technology at companies ranging from local startups to mid-sized Ohio businesses, I kept seeing the same pattern: small business owners knew AI was important, but nobody could translate it into something they could actually use.
I left my corporate role in 2017 and founded this practice with one mission — make AI implementation accessible, affordable, and genuinely useful for small businesses. Not boardroom decks. Not pilot projects that never ship. Real, working solutions that save your team time on Monday morning.
Today I work with business owners across Ohio and the country, helping them pick the right tools, build the right workflows, and — critically — get their teams on board. Because the best AI strategy means nothing if your people won't use it.
When I'm not consulting, you'll find me speaking at small business conferences, mentoring early-stage founders, and — yes — still rooting for Columbus.
